ABOUT THE HOME AND PHOTOS
Among multiple projects at this beautiful mountain home, the exterior rear elevation was restored by repairing and restoring the deck and stairs.

We also completely renovated the basement crawlspace, from a large unnavigable dirt hole into over 1,400 square feet of usable storage underneath the basement level, with the innovative solution to dig out the dirt and rock and level it in order to add a weather-treated wood floor, installed much like decking (instead of pouring concrete, which would have been cost-prohibitive).
